Earn your associate degree in Arts or Science at Fayetteville Tech, and receive guaranteed admission into the School of Arts and Science at UNC-Chapel Hill to complete your college studies. Over a span of two years prior to your junior-year transition, C-STEP will acclimate you to the programs and services offered at UNC-Chapel Hill, through academic advising, campus tours, structured educational programs, and a multitude of varied enrichment activities to prepare you for the academic culture at Chapel Hill.

Fayetteville Tech’s Work-Based Learning program offers eligible students the opportunity to earn college credits by applying classroom learning with paid (or unpaid) work experiences, much like an internship. Students are placed in jobs related to their major and career goals in area businesses, industries, and public agencies which provide increased levels of responsibility and training as students carry out their work assignments.
