Volleyball traveled to Richard Bland College for the second round of the Region X Conference Tournament. They matched up with #2 Cape Fear Community College as the Trojans were the #7 seed.
The Trojans took set one from the Sea Devils 25-22 before falling in the remaining three sets to end their season. They finished 14-14 overall and 5-7 in conference play.
FTCC vs. Cape Fear: 1-3, Win:
Rosa Harris (Irving, TX), a Region 10 Honorable Mention recipient, led the Trojans with 10 kills. Gabby Walters (Salemburg, NC) set up 13 assists and Madi Harmon (Fayetteville, NC) had 11.
Isabella Finelli (Pembroke, NC) had 20 digs to add to her school record and Carleigh Hemby (Dunn, NC) finished the match with three assisted blocks.
The Trojans finished the 2024 season with the third best wins record in program history. They finished the year with 851 digs, 801 assists, 212 service aces, 1,372 digs and 156 total blocks.
Isabella Finelli (Pembroke, NC) set a new school digs record of 347 digs, which gives her a career total of 653. Kayloni Eddings (Pembroke, NC) was runner up on two block school records, falling short by just one in Assisted Blocks.
The Trojans broke into a top five spot in almost every category of the individual single season school records.
The Trojans had two players earn Region X All-Conference Honors:
