Human Resources Development (HRD)
The purpose of the Human Resources Development (HRD) Program is to educate and train people in transition or in the emerging workforce for success in the workplace. HRD classes are designed for adults who are unemployed, under-employed, or have received notice of a pending layoff.

– Check out our HRD C.A.P.E.S Lab where you can Exploring Career Options, Get Assistance with Goal Setting, and Learn How to a Winning Resume, Mastering Branding & Social Networking, Acing the Interview, Standing Out at a Job Fair, Building Your Portfolio and many more……
– Learn more about our Work-Based Learning Program which provides students with an opportunity to apply classroom objectives in a workplace setting. It is synonymous with the term “internship.” Students gain valuable work experience with area businesses, industries and public agencies, related to their program major and career goals.
FTCC Faculty
The Career Development Center offers face to face and virtual workshops and classroom presentations to meet faculty needs. Typical topics are crafting a resume, acing the interview, time-management, etc.

We help employers connect with students, alumni and community residents, in a number of ways.

Students are invited to create an account to have access to over 500,000 jobs using our College Central Network Database.
