Abel and Kelly will use anecdote, role playing, and a multi-media presentation to facilitate a process by which participants will learn how to develop, maintain, and inspire positive self-concept, resilience, and empowered interdependence in themselves and in those around them. Topics covered in the field of communication include positive self-talk, dual perspective, reframing hard data to reclaim hopeful direction. Topics in the field of Psychology include harnessing Positive Psychology to enhance individual and organizational communication, productivity, and motivation. Participants will gain a better understanding of their own motivations, and how to best motivate ourselves, our students, and each other. FD/HUB
