The Platinum Rule goes beyond treating customers the way you want to be treated, to the next level of treating them the way they would like to be treated.  Learn about the Four Basic Behavioral Styles:  Rational, Inquisitive, Decisive, and Expressive.  What’s your style and what’s your customer’s style?  They may not be the same.  Learn how to practice the Platinum Rule in Customer Service.
