NutriSum Results TYPICAL! 13 week program
The proven way to lose weight and keep it off.

This program focuses on healthy eating and exercise. The participant commits to exercising every day for the next 13 weeks. Ultimately, aiming for 60 minutes or more of dedicated exercise time each day. Not letting the clock or someone else's schedule determine their progress. Gradually changing their eating habits.
Tally their NutriSum points every day (it's simple: see page 29 for 5 main habits).
Log their weight, activity and NutriSum score each day on their weekly progress chart. These are located in the booklet that each participant received on the first day of the program. The booklet will also provide healthy eating tips, meal plans and a strength workout.
Participants will check in with Amanda Jorinscay, FTCC Lab Tech once a week to see how their progress is going and receive motivational emails weekly. The two participants who lose the most weight will win a $75.00 WalMart gift certificate.
