Earth Week

Monday

In celebration of Earth Day (April 22), the SGA is bringing animals from around the world to campus.

You can hold or pet a monkey, snake, armadillo, opossum, tropical bird, hairless rat, chinchilla, alligator, hissing cockroaches, and tarantula.

Bring your camera for some great photos!

PWC & Sustainable Sandhills of NC

Displays on energy and water conservation with giveaways

Experts on hand to help you and your family save money

Wednesday

Carolina Raptor Center

Display with live birds of prey: owls, hawks and an EAGLE

Display of hybrid vehicles from Chevy, Ford, Nissan & Toyota

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Thursday

Piedmont Wildlife Center

Display of local eco-system with turtles and other small animals

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
