PLEASE NOTE THAT HONORS AND HIGHEST HONORS STATUS WILL BE BASED ON FALL 2012 GRADES for commencement. Please check the major GPA on your program EVAL.

POST-COMMENCEMENT INFORMATION
DIPLOMAS
 
ALL DIPLOMAS WILL BE MAILED OUT THIS SUMMER.
  • Fall 2012 diplomas are currently being processed. These diplomas should (tentatively) be mailed out by early June.
  • Spring 2013 graduates should (tentatively) receive their diplomas by July.
  • Summer 2013 graduates should (tentatively) receive their diploma after the semester.

Please make sure the address listed on your WebAdvisor account is correct as this is the address your diploma will be mailed to.

New Process-Current Students
  • Beginning September 17 2012, graduation applications must be submitted online for the following terms:  Fall 2012, Spring 2013 and Summer 2013.
  • ALL PROSPECTIVE GRADUATES: Please use commencement date of May 10, 2013, (5/10/13) for each term to graduate online.
  • Even if you are not participating in the commencement ceremony, ALL graduates must complete a graduation application.
  • REGALIA LINK: This link is now closed.
  • GPA APPEAL FORM: The GPA Appeal Form is a new form to be used prior to applying for graduation.
  • SPECIAL ACCOMMODATIONS: If special accommodations are needed by a graduate, please complete the Special Accommodations Form prior to graduation. More information is available through the Special Populations Office.
  • ONLINE GRAD APPLICATION : WebAdvisor now offers you the ease of applying for graduation online. 
  • ONLINE PAYMENT: All payments are done online.
  • Students must see their Advisors to review their degree audit (EVAL). Failure to do so may delay the graduation process.
  • GRADUATE SURVEY: Each student must complete the annual graduate survey. Please take a few minutes to complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/Graduate2013.

How to Apply
  • Login to WebAdvisor
  • Go to ACADEMIC PROFILE > Apply to Graduate
  • Select Degree or Diploma
  • If you are a former student (Prior to FALL 2010) please send an e-mail to registrar@faytechcc.edu
Graduation Fees
  • Students applying for a degree or diploma will be required to pay a $25 fee for each degree/diploma, but will not be required to pay an additional fee for certificates tied to their program of study if you have applied and paid for a degree .
  • Students applying for a stand alone certificate that is not tied to a degree program will be required to pay $25 for the certificate.

Graduation Refund Policy
  • Students who do not qualify for graduation by the end of the Summer 2013 term will need to submit the Request for Graduation Fee Refund form to Mary Carter before August 1, 2013.  Request for refund will not be granted after this date.  If you have picked up your cap and gown, you are not entitled to a refund.
  • Graduation fees are not rolled over from one year to the next. August 15, 2012, was the last day to request a refund for the 2011-12 graduation year.
