FALL 2014 PAYMENT DUE DATES
 
 
Payments for registrations made May 2nd - August 4th are due by 5 pm on Monday, August 4, 2014
Payments for registrations made August 5th - August 11th are due by 5 pm on Monday, August 11, 2014
Payments for registrations made August 12th - August 13th are due by 5 pm on Wednesday, August 13, 2014
Payments for registrations made August 14th - August 15th are due by 4 pm on Friday, August 15, 2014
 
 
 
If you do not pay according to the above due dates, you are subject to having your courses dropped for non-payment.
Awarded Financial Aid constitutes payment and will hold your classes.
Enrollment in the Automatic Tuition Payment Plan by midnight on the above due dates will constitute payment. 
Third Party Authorizations must be filed with the Cashier's Office by the above due dates.
 
1098-T tax forms are available in your WebAdvisor.  To obtain your 1098-T through your WebAdvisor, you need Adobe Reader to view and print your form.  If you experience any issues with viewing or printing your 1098-T from WebAdvisor, you may need to download the current version of Adobe Reader by clicking the Get Adobe Reader link on the "View My 1098-T Forms" page in WebAdvisor.

FTCC closes at 1:00 p.m. on Fridays from May 23-July 25, 2014

 

EFFECTIVE SPRING II 2012

 

If you register for a class and the balance for your tuition and fees are paid for by cash, check, money order, credit card, or third-party payment (Pell Grant, scholarship, MyCAA, VA, etc.) it is your responsibility to drop the class if you are unable to attend.  Students who are awarded financial aid will be notified by e-mail and the award letter will be available in WebAdvisor.

 

If you do not enter a class for which you are registered, you will be marked as a No Show and you will be responsible for the tuition and fees for the class regardless of the method of payment.  Students will not be refunded for classes for which they have been marked as a No Show.

 


SYSTEM ADMINISTRATION

USAGE HOURS: Daily From 3:30am to Midnight

NOTE:  The system is not available from midnight through 3:30am due to maintenance and backups.

DATATEL (AND ALL DEPENDENT SERVICES) ARE UNAVAILABLE EVERY FRIDAY FROM 6am TO 8am.
