Online Faculty E-Mail


A new online faculty e-mail account has been created for you.  It is setup by FTCC for you with an FTCC address through Google Gmail.

FTCC supports the following connections to your e-mail account:

1.  You can reach the login screen for your Gmail account from your web browser by entering the address


2.  From the FTCC homepage (  Click "Faculty & Staff" on the right side of the page.  On the FACULTY AND STAFF RESOURCES menu, scroll down and click "Online Faculty E-mail".

**In addition, you may click the FTCC logo on the left side of this page.**


The first time you login:

a)  The login screen displays, enter your online faculty email address ( and Password.

b)  A Security Alert will display which says 'You are about to be redirected to a connection that is not secure...etc...Do you wish to continue? Click "Yes".  

c)  A screen displays where you will have to change your password.  First, enter your current password that you entered on the previous login screen.  Then enter the characters you see in the picture of the security box into the blank field below. 

Then the screen displays where you change your password. Enter and confirm it.

After you enter your e-mail account you have complete charge of your account.

You can change your password by clicking the "Settings" link in the upper-right corner beside the "Help" and "Sign Out" links.  Click the "Accounts" tab and the "Change Password" is at the bottom.

If you choose to use a POP or IMAP account for this mail, FTCC does not support or troubleshoot it for you.  However, there is information in the same location as the above "Change Password" by clicking on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab if you wish to use it.  The Gmail web address for help with POP Access and IMAP Access is:
