1. Online Request  **NEW**

Click on Fayetteville Technical Community College Transcript Request  to request an official transcript.

Official transcripts can be ordered online 24/7 at the cost of $5.00. The $5.00 payment for a transcript is non refundable.

You may place one order per session using a discover, visa/mastercard debit card or discover, visa/mastercard credit card. 

Your official transcript request will be processed and mailed within three (3) business days.  If FTCC determines you have an outstanding debt, your request will not be processed and no refund of this payment will be made.  If you have questions concerning your payment, you may contact the Office of Business & Finance at bursar@faytechcc.edu .  If you have questions concerning your transcript, you may contact the Registrar's Office at registrar@faytechcc.edu .

 

Happy Holidays! The College will resume accepting transcript request on Monday, January 5, 2015, when the campus reopens after winter break.

2.  In-Person Request

In-person official/unofficial transcript services are available between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M., Monday–Friday, and are located in the Registrar’s Office, General Classroom Building, RM 211. Payments for official transcripts must be made prior to visiting the Registrar's Office.  There is no charge for un-official transcripts.

Payments can be made at the Cashier's Office location, Thomas McLean Administration Building, Rm 107.  Checks will not be accepted as payment for transcript requests. Cash, money orders, discover,  visa/mastercard are accepted.

A valid picture ID is required for pickup transcripts and can be issued only to the student requesting the transcript or to a third party who has written authorization from the student and a valid picture ID.

3. Mail Request

Persons who attended prior to the last academic year may request a transcript by mailing the  Official Transcript Form to the following address:
